Our Manufacturing Process

All products sold on CoutureCraze.shop are made to order. Once your order and payment are confirmed, we begin the manufacturing process.

As each garment is prepared individually, please review the product description, size, measurements, colour and customisation details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Information

Made-to-order products generally require 3–4 weeks from the date the order is placed before shipment.

This is the expected preparation period, not a guarantee of delivery within 3–4 weeks. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service and other circumstances. We will share available shipping or tracking information when applicable.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind or incorrect details supplied by the customer.
